I recently had the pleasure of working with one of your crews on the installation of a Smith 50,000 SCFM Dual-Bed RTO at Dart Container in Horse Cave, KY. I just wanted to let you know that I was thoroughly impressed with their depth of knowledge of the installation practices for this type of equipment, their field problem-solving ability, their attention to detail, and most of all, their extreme professionalism in the face of field ‘surprises.’ These men are all a great credit to your organization. Please thank them again for me.

Over the past year, Will, yourself, and your work crews have been instrumental in the implementation of several projects here at Conestoga Wood Specialties. You guys never let us down, and that says a lot considering how demanding we can be…

On behalf of all our employees, I would like to extend a sincere thank you for meeting with representatives from OSHA to discuss our mutual concern for providing safety and health protection for both our employees. As you know, OSHA’s Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) recognizes workplaces that meet and exceed all safety and health standards by awarding one of two possible recognitions – MERET and STAR. While achieving MERIT recognition is quite an achievement, few worksites demonstrate the ability to reach the highest rating (STAR) during the initial OSHA evaluation. I am pleased to announce that our evaluation of the Smelter and Oxide buildings during the week of November 2-6, 1998 culminated in a preliminary recommendation of STAR status in the VPP. To date, of the 6.2 million worksites throughout the nation, only 480 have achieved either MERIT or STAR status. Locally in the Region III (Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, District of Columbia) only 33 have met the requirements of VPP. We were the first to introduce a lead Smelting operation into the program. While your conversation with the OSHA representatives contributed to the final decision of STAR status, I would also like to recognize all your employees that are on-site daily. Without them performing their job both professionally and safely, we would not be able to achieve this impressive recognition as well as have both your and our employees leave work as safe and healthy as they arrived. This cooperative and mutual concern for employee safety embodies the true essence of the Voluntary Protection Program. Again, thank you for your concern both past and present and we look forward to working safely with you in the future.

Just wanted to send a note to thank you for a great job on our welded fittings and for getting them done in a short turn around time. Everything looked great and fit exactly as they wanted. You helped me out of a jam.

Our thanks for a job extremely well done in installing our new REECO RTO Incinerator. The job was well planned, well executed and performed in a thoroughly professional manner, with careful attention to detail and to all safety practices. It is not often that we have the opportunity to work with people the caliber of (your field crew).

This letter is to express our appreciation for the performance that members of GSM’s staff have given on Geoenergy projects over the last 2 years. The most recent example of your company’s customer support occurred last week when our customer had damage to some stainless steel components caused by a duct fire. I contacted Jeff, described the items needed and your staff was able to have the replacement parts delivered to the Northern New Jersey customer in less than 10 hours from my initial telephone call…
Let us take this opportunity to not only express our appreciation for Jeff’s efforts but also those of the field crew. We have received compliments from our customers on all of the projects that GSM has performed the fabrication and/or erection services.

Please extend my sincere appreciation to you and your people for their assistance preparing our UL fire test tank. As usual, you went the extra mile…
I want you to know that your superior workmanship in all phases of production is evident in the end product. The units I inspected in your yard have seen snow, wind, extreme freezing, rain and sun. They all look to be in excellent condition. This can only be attributed to the care and detail that went into the fabrication. Keep up the good work!Jim Burns

Looks very nice, we appreciate it. The QUALITY is second to none. That’s exactly what we believe in here that anything we build we want to be second to none. Certainly the scrubber is a reflection of that. Thank you very much. It really makes our job a lot easier.

I wanted to commend your company and crew for the Damper replacement job at Rohm & Haas in Newark, DE. Props to Ron, Brian, Jim and Matt for a superb job. They may well comprise the most efficient crew I have ever worked with. There seemed to be no down-time at all with these guys. If they weren’t working on a job, they were prepping for the next job or cleaning up the work site. They worked well together or individually, and handled any problems that arose with ease. It’s probably a good thing I don’t get crews this good all the time. I would get spoiled and lazy. Again; great job.

You recently caught an accounting error whereby we double-paid GSM. Our computer didn’t catch up with our manual check writing process. I want to express my appreciation to you for not only catching our error, but also returning the check. Our bookkeeper very much appreciated that. Thank you.
